NEW: Sign in with Okta

NOTE: The Okta Sign On page looks a little different after the upgrade on April 10. 2024

Only log in to marysvilleohio.okta.com. If there are any misspellings, contact IT.

 

  • Look for the Marysville Logo and City Hall background image. Also look for buttons using Marysville colors.

  • As of April 2024, there will NOT be a security image NOR a warning for your first time logging in. Please do NOT input your password if you got to this screen by clicking on a link in an email.

  • Check the "Keep me signed in" to remember your MFA for 12 hours on this device.

 

  • Choose your preferred MFA type if prompted.
    Choose "Get a push notification (Okta Verify)" unless you use a Hardware Token.
