Enroll New Phone (Okta MFA)

NOTE: If you don’t have access to your old phone, contact IT to reset MFA.

While you still have access to your old phone, log in to marysvilleohio.okta.com.

• Select your name in the top right corner

   

• Select Settings

• Scroll down to “Extra Verification”

   

• Click Remove

   

• Choose "Set up" to enroll your new phone, or you will be prompted next time you log in.
